The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, construction, and renovation of adult family homes and nursing care facilities, ensuring that all structures meet safety, accessibility, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and oversee construction projects for adult family homes and nursing care facilities.
• Ensure compliance with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) standards, healthcare building codes, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and collaborate with healthcare professionals to create safe and comfortable living spaces.
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project timelines.
• Work with contractors, architects, and regulatory bodies to ensure high-quality construction and renovation.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential, or assisted living construction projects.

• Handle billing and insurance claims (Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance).
• Process payroll for caregivers, nurses, and administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations, tax laws, and state funding requirements.
